I spoke with a lady who claimed to be the "director of operations" I was telling her about the DEFECTIVE BEDS and the the way the salon looked,I was yelled at and disappointed in the way that this lady handle my concerns. I pay for the VIP package and for the last 3 months the beds had not any radio's that worked in them (ULTRA beds) and the cool mist hasn't worked in 3 months and she was a very rude woman and I will never tan there again..This was the SUPER WASH AND TAN in COLUMBUS,OHIO

You should be ashamed of yourself... just bc you cant deal with the fact its easier to love an animal than someone like you, please dont take it out on animal lovers or the animals...PS: You may want to stay out of the tanning bed, youre starting to look like a sack of rotten potatoes...

Cosmetology for a tanning facility, which endangers all of us who would use the facility. Rule 26 for Tanning facilities specifically states that no animals are to be in the establishment. When I went to tan today, there was a dog in there. I was refused a refund of my money, because the dog "is like a child" to its owner. What hog wash. I am penalized by losing my money, because the owner (a woman) does not see anything wrong with breaking the law and allowing dogs into her "establishment". SO BEWARE!! If you have an allergy to dogs, or like me, just plain don't like animals being in what is supposed to be a sanitary facility, steer clear of the Super Wash and Tan located in Delaware, Ohio
