Couldn't decide between 3 and 4 stars. Price is very reasonable and the grounds are nice. Each apartment gets two parking spots(one assigned) there is plenty of guest parking however some of the spots can be a distance away from your door which gets very annoying in the winter from experience. They seem to keep the noise levels down and do their best to make sure everyone is civil. Here comes the but- the windows aren't updated or the sliding doors which leads to a very cold winter! We used to set ours to 80 and still were cold! The noise level is some of the better when it comes to upstairs downstairs but the walls are def thin and cold on outside walls where no brick is. The laundry was in the master bedroom which is annoying especially if you are on opposite schedules I ended up at the laundry mat more often then not! Also our upstairs neighbors smoked illegal drugs which you could clearly smell at times. One of the better places I lived when it comes to price and pets!

Cheapest rent among the nearby apartments, two parking spaces per unit, close to US-23 and downtown Delaware. Out-dated cabinets, doors, windows, blinds and cable connections. Seems that the income they receive is not reinvested into the property. I also do not believe that the furnace filters in my unit have been changed, which they are supposed to do twice a year. I have lived in a 1 bed room unit for 18 months and have seen some repairs made to other units out of necessity, ie. roof replacement, wood replaced on balcony and stairs. If you are looking to possible save some money with a low rent then this place is good for that, otherwise if you are looking for a clean, new look then you should search elsewhere.
