My Aunt has been a resident for less than a year. She seems to like the nurses. My problem is the folks in administration. The minute they heard we were looking else where the smiles and courtesy went out the window. Ask for their help - their response is "don't know" or "not my department." They failed to notify me on 2 important issues. I am very disappointed and very frustrated with Arbors. It's as though they don't care once they thought she was leaving. She has developed a bed sore and this has now ruined her chance to move out to another facility. Very disappointed and very frusrrated with Arbors

This place doesn't deserve a star.I agree with the last comment. Horrible place. Always smelled like feces...not dirty laundry...feces! When my grandfather was there temporarily, many people were clueless of things and meds aren't always given at correct times in the place. I've heard many stories from friends of nothing but bad things also.

This nursing home is the wrost place ever and I wouldn't send someone I love there. I have had terrible experience with them.
