Very disappointed in Rosewood Manor. They made several promises & they did not keep them. They did not give pureed food when a doctors order was in place for pureed food. They try to cut costs by not turning on A/C when it is 82 in the facility. They had a medication error & the patient received a med for an additional month after the med was discontinued. A family member found the error & corrected it, not the facility. There is only one staff member on duty at a time & they go outside to smoke, talk on the phone & let the dog out. They are outside for up to 20 minutes & nobody is inside with the residents. They aren't concerned with safety. They transfer patients without belts and with one person when two people are needed. The same resident fell out of bed twice in one month. They did not take precautions to prevent this. Activities were not changed to fit the ability of the resident. The staff is very impatient with residents and have yelled at them on more than one occasion.

Rosewood Manor took me in when noone else would. They gave me a new "lease" on life. The staff is wonderful and go out of their way to make everyone comfortable... until you are ready to move out. They couldn't get me out of my room fast enough. (they needed to paint it). I guess you are only worth something if you are a paying/staying customer. The manager was awesome though and I will never forget her.
