Thomas Montaldo, MD, is a family medicine expert and primary care physician. He welcomes patients of all ages to his practice in DeLand, from newborns to grandparents. Caring for you and your family, Dr. Montaldo offers preventive and routine care to help you stay healthy, including annual physicals, school and sports physicals, immunizations, disease management and routine wellness visits. He is dedicated to offering high-quality care to each patient and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Florida Academy of Family Physicians.
