This place is a small local business. They try hard to make your experience the best it can be. Although new owners they will be one of the best. As far as the bad reviews people have left bring your RV back they will fix any problems you have they also have a warranty program on used RV's which is amazing.But Florida is buyers beware you should have made sure all problems were repaired before it left the lot. It's your responsibility to make sure it's up to your standards before you take possession on a "USED" RV.
I really liked the 2010 Crossroads Cruiser Fifth Wheel I purchased. Perfect layout for what i was looking for along with the $. Until I got it home and started hooking things up. I brought a list of items to the table that I wanted fixed, it was agreed on at deposit. When I got it delivered 4 of the items were not done and initialed that it was complete. Gas oven does not work.Black water system was not flushed of previous sewage. CO2 and smoke sensor s not tested. No new battery. Those were 4 things on the list. NOW weeks into having it I have 3 water leaks. Finding damage in the walls, and floors. I have called, and they ignore. I have text, no response. I have emailed, no response. I still don't have the keys to the unit.
I'm still fixing a whole load of mess that wasn't disclosed when I purchased my RV from these guys. I'm someone who has always tried to support a small business. I regret doing business with these crooked people. I suggest you go with a company that cares about their reputation.

this company was referred to me by my insurance company to handle our Class A body damage after a gas station accident. Took a few weeks to complete but baggage doors were not an off the shelf part. Looks better than when we brought it to them. Thanks Southern!
Nice service staff, professional. Came in thinking I had a generator problem as it was stalling with the AC on. They found out the generator was fine but the AC compressor was ready to fail and was drawing way too much electricity for generator. Had AC unit installed next day and away we went! Fantastic! We had it at our regular dealer we bought it from the week before and were told generator needed replacement . So wrong they were. It's been over three months now and everything is great! Good job Southern

This place is a local favorite for RV parts and repairs. I have been a loyal customer for years now and am completely satisfied. This shop is so busy with RV repairs, its amazing to me that they take their time explaining what was wrong and how it was fixed to me. A lady doesn't always get treated like that!

Avoid at all costs. Service dept is fine, no complaint about quality of work. The lady up front, however, is one of the most unethical theives I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Knowing we were in a bind, and that we had to accept back quickly, the 1.5 hr verbal quote expanded to 7.5 hrs without authorization. Then, having been told to put partial payment on one card, proceeded to charge the entire amt. When i complained, i was threatened with arrest and having my wife's livelihood (in RV) impounded. Never, never ever deal with these theives. If you have no choice, record every conversation, get everything in writing.

Repaired are defective refrigerator while we were on vacation. Less than 5 minutes off I-4 on Hwy 44. Easy to find, friendly professional staff. Would recommend to all FMCA and Good Sam members.

Great service on our horse trailer living quarters. Refer was hot and we took it to them. They got us a quick appointment within days. Refer now ice cold and couldn't be happier. Very friendly service people and front desk. This is a BUSY shop but you never feel you are just a number!

The only place we found to fix our generator. They succeeded where others had failed. Amy was very good to deal with.

Like the other reviewers have said, great service and great value. We drove over 160 miles to bring our RV to them for service! Well worth the trip to get top notch service fast!

Great place to get RV parts! They go out of their way to find the out of production parts or replacement parts. Excellent customer service. I am a repeat customer and purchased my RV from them too! Huge selection of RV parts and accessories in stock. I do recommend this place to friends.

Had to have my Onan generator repaired as it would only run for 10-15 minutes then shut down. The service technician thought that it would be something he could fix and get it back to me in a few days. They had it fixed in two days including removing from the coach and reinstalling it. Best part is they didnt gouge me on parts cost as they could have since I know nothing about generators. Felt very safe having it here and there communication with me was outstanding. By the way I am a woman and was treated no differently than a man would have. Great service- Fair price. Nice professional staff. I will return for any RV service and maintenance I need. Think I found a shop that I am willing to travel to for repairs!!!
Wow, great service and quite knowledgeable technicians. They worked on my Onan generator and found the problems no other dealer could locate. Had the unit back in my coach within days instead of weeks or months promised by other dealers. Would highly recommend this repair facility. Travel 175 miles to get work performed at their place of business.

This is a small family owned dealership that has a huge retail parts store, 8 service bays, a reasonable amount of for sale inventory, and very good near wholesale prices on resale units. But what surprised me the most was the service, service service! The master technicians and service adviser Rick spent time with me understanding my problems on my coach as well as kept me informed on the status of the repairs. They repaired my unit in a fraction of the time other dealerships have taken and for about 20% less costs. There new waiting room is pretty nice too, with a large bathroom, flat screen TV and wireless internet access. Best of all there Manager Amy was cheerful, helpful and seemed to never get frazzled by the busy pace this shop maintains. This is a very busy shop

Found the Southern RV staff to be more than expected. This is a full service dealership and RV store also. Our rental was a class A diesel pusher and was almost new! Never expected a rental unit to be so new and clean and full of optional features. Unit was found to be spotless on the interior and their orientation took over an hour and half because we needed more information as we were new to RVing. They never made us feel rushed or tried to hurry us through. We purchased several items at their RV store that we would have had to travel to another discount store to purchase. This saved a lot of time on our trip for items that we had forgotten to pack. Overall the experience was more than expected, cost about what we thought, would recommend this kind of vacation to anyone and especially this company and its staff. They have other rentals too, including trailers and class C motor homes if you don't need the big Diesel pusher. There signs say they deliver if needed.
