I love this eye care center. The doctor takes an interest in you and she gives you a lot of her time, not just five minutes like most places. I've been going there since 2006 and I'm always pleasantly surprised by how caring they are there. It's a great location and it doesn't take forever to get in for an appointment.

I called the Delafield Vision Center right away. The woman I talked to on the phone listened to my issues very compassionately. She was very reassuring and comforting. She was able to get me in to see Dr. Julie Johnson latter that day. When I saw Dr. Johnson I was very scared. Dr. Johnson was very comforting. She examined my eyes and explained what has been happening with my vision. She was able to get me seeing much better with new glasses. My experience from the phone call to the appointment was top notch. I would recommend the Delafield Vision Center to all my family and friends without hesitation.

I am a senior. I have recently started to have some issues with my vision. I was very scared that something was wrong with my eyes. I called the office and right away the person I was talking to was very compassionate and concerned about my issues. She was able to schedule me an appointment later that day. Once I saw dr. Julie Johnson she put me to ease. She explained what was going on with my eyes and got me seeing much better. She was very thorough in both the examination and the explanation. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend dr.Johnson to all my friends and relatives.

Beware. Worked with this establishment for over 3 months going in weekly to attempt to resolve continuous errors that were made on progressive lens glasses. When it was clear they weren't going to provide glasses that were usable I asked for a refund. They do not stand behind their product. Ended up losing a large sum of money and having to start completely over at a different place. Save yourself the hassle and the financial loss - go someplace else. Would give them zero stars if I could.
