  I was raised in Horicon, Wisconsin, the oldest child of five children born to two teachers. It was during my college years working as a certified nursing assistant at a pediatric clinic that I knew I wanted to be a primary care pediatrician. I then attended medical school at University of Wisconsin in Madison. I completed my pediatric residency at University of Michigan, where I have remained for the last 6 years.

  Please use the following recommended vaccination schedule as a guideline for the health and well-being of your child. Please contact your physician with any questions or concerns. We review immunizations at each well visit, as we strongly support compliance with AAP recommendations.

• Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  Dr. Mattek achieved his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Northern Illinois University, his Master’s Degree in Psychology from Marquette University, and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has experience in a variety of settings including outpatient clinics, inpatient hospitals, the court system, community crisis response, and day treatment. Dr. Mattek is an expert in the treatment of anxiety disorders and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). He is also a sport psychologist and member of the American Psychological Association’s Division 47: Exercise and Sport Psychology.
