Very convenient to airport. Staff friendly. Good breakfast. Clean room. Nice bed. Slept well .

The surrounding area wasn't much to look at, very quick easy access to Circuit of the Americas. Hotel was close to the airport and it was still very quiet. Front desk personnel were very pleasant and courteous.

The staff made our travel efficient and pleasant. The next time we have to leave from Austin airport we will definitely call Quality Inn.

Choice Hotels, and this Quality Inn particularly provided us a very relaxing experience after a long, road trip to get there. The room was terrific, the amenties great, the staff friendly, everything clean. The time there was so nice as we met up with our daughter there, whom we hadn't seen in a long time. A great day for us. And go up the street a bit to Jasmine's for some good food and music.

We made a last minute change to our plans to stay over night in Austin, TX before flying onto the next phase of our trip. Quality Inn offered not only the best price close to the airport, but we were made to feel welcome by the hotel staff.

I booked this hotel to be close to the airport. Staff was very friendly and fast service. Hotel had everything expected and at a great price compared to other hotels not that close to the airport. Hotel provides shuttle to the airport, which I didn't get to use. Would stay here again.

We had morning flight and stayed the night before. The price was great for so close to the airport. The only thing is I wish they did the park and fly at this hotel. Over all the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Remodeled and very clean! Could not get over how large the rooms were. The beds were amazing and every thing perfectly clean. We had just spent a week at the beach & stopped here for one night as we were on the drive home from our long distance road trip. I did not expect this hotel to be this good. The cleanliness was impressive, we really appreciated that as we unfortunately left a cockroach infested beachfront condo. This inspires me, as I hope to help others find a clean and comfortable place to stay. I did not have breakfast, but my daughters said everything was great. Great for people traveling with family, plenty of room & very quiet.

I used this hotel's park and fly service and also stayed the night before my trip. The front desk personnel were all courteous, professional, and good-humored. My room was clean and the bed exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and well-furnished with full-size towels and adequate toiletries. I was able to easily get online and the internet was fast. The hotel offered a free breakfast and had all the usual, yogurt, muffins, bagels, OJ, coffee, cereal, etc. But I was happily surprised to find the also offered bisquits and sausage gravy. Although it was near the airport as well as a major highway, did not hear planes or street traffic at all. My stay was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed for one night before flying out of town. Met some friends downtown Austin and only took about 15 mins each way the evening we were there. In the morning the drive to the airport was just a few mins. Very easy. Breakfast looked good but didn't stop as there is a salt lick with yummy breakfast tacos in the terminal :-)

They had my room ready for me when I arrived even though I showed up earlier than the stated check-in time. Front desk staff was very friendly. The room they assigned was very nice, and larger than I expected. Standard Quality Inn breakfast, which was very good. Pool was closed for my one night visit (probably related to their repaving the parking lot adjacent to it), but it looked very nice.

I walked in and was very impressed with the hotel area (considering the price I booked it for), from the lobby, elevators and to the room. It looked as if it was all new, or newly renovated. Everything was clean and it had everything I expect a hotel to have (even in room coffee). Because of my flight schedule, I didn't get here until about 4am and I slept soundly until 10am. The manager was so nice to even let me get milk and cereal after breakfast closed because of my schedule. And of course, the hotel shuttle to the airport is an amazing bonus.

I stayed at the quality inn & suites while looking for a apartment in Austin. I stayed for 3 days and it was a very pleasant stay. The staff was more then helpful with my questions about the area and their knowledge of the good areas to look for apartments. The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. It was very close to the airport but at the same time could not hear a plane fly by at all ( and i was in the third floor). The breakfast was very good and included different variety of food.

Easy on/off the main roads. Our room was perfect size with a King size bed. Maid service was polite and accommodating. Morning breakfast was better than the normal continental breakfast of most hotels. Next time in Syracuse, this place is def for us!

This hotel has very friendly staff, great breakfast and next to the airport. You can leave your vehicle up to 5 days if you stay before your trip. Ony drawback is there are no restaurants near by.

Good hotel if your looking for a cheap hotel that is close to Austin. We stayed here on a day trip to Austin. Easy drive downtown. Room was very spacious, and clean. Good selection of tv channels and EXCELLENT Wi-Fi.
