I spoke with Tom over the phone and in about 20 minutes, he had detailed out how he would close our loan as quickly as possible at the rate quoted. I think what made the process work well for me was, even though we had to gather a lot of paperwork, Tom set expectations upfront so there were never any surprises along the way. The communication with Tom and his support staff was excellent and he and his Processor Colleen were readily available (including nights and weekends). I've refinanced several times before and feel this was the best experience to date. For low rates and great service, I highly recommend this firm.
