Our office is located at 5113 SE 15th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73115. Our office is conveniently located right off I-40, making it easy for us to serve those who are coming from Oklahoma City, Midwest City, Norman, and other local communities. Many of our patients are students or faculty at the University of Oklahoma, and we also provide care to many servicemen and women from Tinker Air Force Base. You can find us just north of Fenton Nissan and just east of Gold’s Gym & Harb
