The owner is a great guy. When it comes to the contract , make sure everything you want or promised is in there with prices and model number. The water in your pool won’t be even, neither will the deck or stone work! Do not finish paying until water and everything works in your pool. Get a good estimate on time to finish and get that in the contract too. There is no cleanup, and no repair to sod or grass.

Don't use this company to build your pool. They come to your house and tell you how experienced they are and what honest Christians they claim to be as well. What a bunch of lies!!!!! We started our pool in April 2010 and in July 22 2010 was the last time we saw the company owner for the last time. Our pool is not officially open yet and we cannot get any explanation as to why either.We have a problem with a leak as well as improperly installed lights and other defects of workmanship. After several phone calls to the builder the problems are still not resolved yet. He always comes when we are not at home so he doesn?t have to face us and explain how he plans to resolve the issues. They had the unmitigated audacity to send us a final bill a month ago reminding us that the pool and equipment are still his property and that the warranty will not be in effect until he has the last $500, but the product is still not completed and of course the pool is still leaking.

I have over 15 MAJOR defects that have to be fixed. It won't pass inspection, Major problem, they built the pool in the easement area! CAN"T FIX STUPID! DO NOT USE! Currently in lawsuit with company to get them to finish and fix my pool!
