I work at a Lowe's on a different city and I have to say the service is opposite, I spent between 15 and 20 minutes walk through 2 or 3 departments, saw more than a few employees! Some of them more than once and no one including the ladies at the registers when I was leaving said even is essential, we have an excellent customer service and thats what gave us the store of the year recognition in 2012, hopefully that changes because I like the dekalb store, been there a couple of times and while it wasn't excellent, the customer service was way better the other days.hi, asked me how I was doing?, if I needed help?, nothing, which where I worki

I am a loyal Lowe's customer. I had some major damage to my roof this summer and they sent their recommended contractors out to repair my roof. They were very courteous and reasonable as compared to some other quotes I received. Thank you Lowe's!
