APAC-Southeast s First Coast Division is a leading provider of asphalt paving services, cold milling services and pavement rehabilitation services, as well as grading and storm drainage construction. This division of APAC - a group of companies that is one of the largest transportation construction contractors in the United States, as ranked by the Engineering News-Record specializes in all sizes of private, residential and commercial asphalt paving projects and operates in northeastern and north-central Florida, and in the Savannah, Ga., metropolitan area. The First Coast Division won the Sheldon G. Hayes NAPA national quality paving award. It maintains an office in Defuniak Springs, Fla. APAC ended 2005 with revenues of approximately $2.5 billion and an operating income close to $48 million.
