This veterinarian offers terrible customer service. She offered me a 10 percent discount because I am disabled and my parents who previously owned the dog wanted the dog to continue to go there. This past month my dog had over $200 in services his first visit and over $600 due to needing a surgical procedure. When I informed the vet that I couldn't afford the $600 she stated not to clean his teeth and that would drop the price $200. Of course when I got there the day of the procedure, if he didn't have his teeth cleaned all these other charges had to be put in. The difference about $40. I asked about the discount again, and apparently she forgot...again, what she had promised. $1000 is all I make a month, $80 means a lot to someone in my condition. She obviously does not keep good records on her promises to her customers. BE CAREFUL & GET THINGS IN WRITING OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR SHIRT.
