My wife and I rented a two-bedroom apartment there between September 10, 2012 and April 13, 2013. We both worked in a restaurant in a nearby mall and seldom cooked. When we did cook, we made sure to clean the stove and the kitchen thoroughly. Before we moved out, we told the landlady to inspect the room, she would not do it saying she had to go somewhere. So she took the key to the apartment which we assumed we passed her inspection. However, when we called her on May 16,2013 asking her to return our deposit, she said that the room was dirty and the stove was greasy and she had to do the cleaning, which was a lie. She just shamelessly tried to steal our deposit.
