Given nearly two weeks to clean mold from the property and eventually decided not to clean it. After I began the legal process (according to ORC) they got defensive and wrote a demeaning letter to me accusing me of being a problem renter. So I took their invitation to leave rather than continue to deal with them. But unfortunately the next person would be moving in with little knowledge of the mold. I feel bad about that, but had to look out for myself. ADVICE: be very cautious in renting from this property. Take time to examine it thoroughly, and take someone with you to help you.
