I ordered my furniture from them and am very happy with my order. I spoke over the phone with a customer support person that went over my order with me to make sure everything is OK. I can't say I wasn't a little worried to order furniture online but now I'm glad that I did. The price is a big factor when it comes to a medium sized restaurant like mine so I was happy to find a place that is both cheap and has good service. Maybe not everyone had the same experience I did but I have nothing bad to say about them.

You may find the pricing at Restaurantfurniture.net seductive. I did. I placed two orders for restaurant tables and barstools. It was very important that all my furniture arrive in time for my grand opening. On 3 occasions I called to make sure everything was on time and said that I can order from somewhere else if there is any question as to the arrival time. The order arrived 2 days after my grand opening and I was told, "Sorry, we did what we could." I made some additional phone calls to speak with someone who would take some responsibility for a furniture-less grand opening, but did not find such a person. I had some damaged barstools, one barstool that was an inch shorter than the others, chipped table varnish, the varnish was not the color I wanted, and my phone calls were not returned. Lesson...you get what you pay for and go with a reputable company if integrity matters (and it always matters). READ THEIR POLICIES!!! They care for themselves, not the customer.
