Samantha “Sami” is a board certified Physician Assistant at Deerfield Dermatology. Sami has over 9 years of extensive clinical and research dermatology experience including serving as a Clinical Research Coordinator for a large Dermatology Practice. Sami specializes in skin cancer, general dermatology and cosmetic procedures. Sami has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Indiana, completed the Pre-PA Studies Program at the School of Continuing Studies, Northwestern University, and a Masters in Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Rush University. Sami is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and has a State of Illinois Physician Assistant License and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the American Academy of Dermatology. Sami is also certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) & Basic Life Support (BLS).
