I needed new tires and called around for prices. Deerfield Tire Co. had the best prices available. I went in to store and worked with Garrett. I have to say he was very nice and provided all information needed so I understood what was being done and when it would be ready. When I came back to pick up car they even gave me a rose and thanked me for my business. I love my new tires car rides better than ever. Thank you Garrett and all the guys at Deerfield Tire co. for taking good cxare of me and my car.

In 2009 I had some major work done on my car. They did a very poor job on some of the repairs and the problem resurfaced several days; I brought it to another shop to get it done properly. I returned to Firestone to request a refund for their shoddy workmanship, they refused, but did issued me a credit. I can't remember the exact amount, but it was around $100. Since then I used a portion of the credit for an oil change and an inspection. Today I don't remember the exact amount of the remaining credit, but I did remember it was the equivalent of about two oil changes. When I went back to Firestone for an oil change Garrett Garofolo told me that all the notes were lost, including any information about the credit and that no more credits would be honored. He was very unpleasant and belligerent. I will not use them again, he made no attempt to reach a compromise of any sort. That's the danger of using a corporate store, next time I'll use the Mobil down the street (Shin's).

Deerfield Tire is a reliable, friendly community auto repair place that takes time to know the customer and build relationships- their work is first rate and they go the extra mile (no pun intended) to get it right and to make sure you leave their garage with a car in excellent working order. Simply put, they are great!

I have been taking my family's car's to deerfield tire co for the past three years. My experiences have been outstanding and my cars have all been repaired correctly not to mention these fellows even gave me a ride 20minutes home and returned to get me .....way to go GUYS

Deerfield Tire Co serviced my car last month and the technicians were great!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend this company.

Deerfield Tire Co took my car in, did the authorized service but broke a part in the process. I was dissapointed because they took no reponsibility for it, except to offer me a $100 discount on the labor to fix the $600 job that the break caused. Even though it was an old car, it was an old car that had working AC and a defroster when it came in. Now it has none.
