R&R provides management services to the G.C. and owner, for construction of the structural shell, in residential or commercial construction.R&R offers a full spectrum of services in construction management, specializing in Concrete Foundations, masonry, brick, concrete form work, and rough carpentry including truss erection, stairs, exposed timbers and specialty wood structures.In addition to that other services include: direction of structural construction activities on residential and commercial job sites, coordination of labor crews, material handling, layout, plan problem solving, walking inspections, value engineering of plans, design troubleshooting of construction documents, input at the design level to prevent problems before they happen during construction.
