ordered stromboli and came out burnt, complained to the owner and he said that its not burnt! then went on saying his airconditioner isn't working so the oven is extra hot, then said that if he make another one to replace what he gave me that it'll take 20 min to do, but wen we ordered prior to picking up it only takes 10 min, so how long is it really? He made some other lame excuse to not replace our order. Owner's attitude is rude! AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN

If crispy pizza is your thing, make sure to check these guys out. It is not the best pizza "ever" but it's in my top 5. I don't really know why there are so many people here complaining about their customer service, I think the staff here is great. Definitely recommended.

you cannot get true New York style pizza in South Florida! This is an acceptable alternative.

Lived in NYC for years and have my own little favorite places to get various food. This place reminds me of where i grew up in the Bronx. Its always great good and fast and friendly service!

I went into All Star Pizza to discover nothing but cool people and really great food at such reasonable prices. The dining room is a relaxed atmosphere great to bring your family. The food was great everything that i had! Their chicken parm was so cheesy and good with their complimentry garlic twists (to die for) and salad with creamy italian dressing. When the waitress came with our large Palermo PIzza it smelt amazing and had a great crust and flavor with chicken, fresh tomatoes and garlic topped with romano cheese..... yum!!! i would highly recomend all star pizza

I ordered pizza and some sides from All Star Pizza, I called back to add on one item and they charged my credit card double! My checking account bounced and I called to speak with a manager, He wasn't there is what a female told me then, he picked up several minutes later go figure... to tell me he had voided the other transaction and one of the charges would clear in 24 hours! Well, by now my checking account was over drawn and as we all know the fees that occur are ridiculous! He did not offer to help me because he says," Thats what I've been doing for twelve years!" <===Can you believe that arrogant answer ???!!! As we all know when somebody adds something to their order you charge for the extra stuff not charge the whole order over again. However must be that they cant charge under a certain amount and the customer is the one who pays for that lazy, cheapness! Completely rude and arrogant people. So upset was I that I will continue to let everybody know how they run business in this area. I will never order from All Stars ever again !!!!!! And people beware of using credit cards or debit cards with these people! Go Sal's Pizzeria atleast they appreciate customers and their business !!!! Plus better pizza for sure!!!!

My husband and I have ordered from All Star Pizza at least once a week for over a year. I enjoy their pizza. However I am very upset and displeased with the service and treatment we recieved last night (2/7/08). We ordered a pizza, after waiting for over an hour I called, they said it was on the way. 30 minutes later I call again and am told that the delivery car broke down. I call 30 minutes later upset, explain that I have waited 2 hours and this had better be free, they ask for my address so I assume that means yes, it's free. It finally arrives, cold, greazy. I tell the delivery person to call the office that I am not paying. 5 minutes later Someone from All Star calls me and starts yelling at me that if this is how I do business they do not want my business and hang up on me. If a business is at fault, they should know it's on them to do what it takes to keep the customers. Not yell at them and charge them for a faulty product. That's business school 101. What ever happened to the customer is always right.
