I have been doing business with this UPS Store since they opened in 1995. The customer service has always been exceptional. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile. I have inquired about the rates and even though the store is privately owned the shipping rates are set by UPS and not by the store itself. I also like knowing that my boxes are packed well by the staff. It's worth a little extra money to make sure the job is done right. I am a very satisfied customer!

Their customer service is slow. They will not cater to make a box smaller when packing to save the customer money. The prices are high for packing. Each UPS store sets their own pricing. This store is extremely high compared to UPS rates. I've used them numberous times and nothing has changed. I was a religious UPS customer. Now I use USPS instead.

I went to this location during my lunch break. I was disappointed with the mediocre customer service and information provided. I decided to package with them, since they had already done the labor, however, I decided to ship with FEDEX. I was very pleased with the service I recieved with FEDEX. I was later made aware that this UPS location is privately owned. (sigh) If you want proper service, go to FEDEX. Lesson learned.
