General Info

I first became interested in glass art as a child visiting Disney World. I watched for hours as the lampworkers made sculptures of many sorts. I finally had the chance to try my hand at it 10 years ago during an open house in a glass studio. I was hooked! Since then I have traveled to Italy and around the country to study with other artists. I am mainly self taught, from books and DVD's. I love the challenge of figuring out how to make something new. Taking my prior teaching experience and applying it to glass was a natural progression. I enjoy teaching both private and semi private classes in my home based studio.
