      Waited an hour and a half, whe...

      Waited an hour and a half, when I went up to the office manager I was told we still need your chart. During my time at the office I heard the office manager tell an upset patient the results of their MRI so that they would get off the phone. Not sure if an office manager should be interpreting MRI results.
