I have never before bothered to write a review involving a business, but due to the exceptionally speedy resolution to my problem, terrific overall experience and exemplary customer service, I feel compelled to comment. From the lovely, funny associate who fielded my call (and who called me back exactly when she said she would) to re-arrange their schedule to accommodate mine, to the knowledgable, personable Hector who was able to trouble shoot the problem instantly (although 2 prior companies, one using a high tech camera system failed to do so) to the addition of a second associate dispatched to expedite things, my experience with this company was 100% positive. They were: prompt, quick, helpful, I solved my issue, and were completely reasonable in terms of expense. They couldn't have been better then they were- perfect!

Fast, Friendly and Professional. When the sump pump in our basement jammed and the drum was leaking we called early in the morning and spoke to someone very friendly and knowledgeable over the phone. Technicians arrived quickly and did an outstanding job fixing the pump. F.Frank and Son really saved the day. Would definately recommend them and use them again.

I am a resident of Dix Hills. I don't normally take the time to write reviews but I feel compelled to do so for this company. After getting ripped off and taken advantage of by a DIFFERENT Long Island company - I called F. Frank & Son because they had taken care of my cesspool last summer. The woman on the phone was professional and courteous. She dispatched a team to my home who - get this: Arrived ON TIME, diagnosed the problems, fixed the problems, didn't overcharge me and actually took pride in their work. When was the last time you experienced that? (Not to mention they wiped the snow off their boots every time they came in and out - much appreciated - Thank you). I highly recommend this company for both their cesspool maintenance and plumbing - they may offer more services that I am unaware of but I will definitely use them again myself if and when the need arises and recommend you do likewise.

I live by myself and had so many problems. From a full cesspool to indoor plumbing problems. The technician was very kind, understanding and knowledgeable. This company really went the extra mile to help solve my problems and I am so grateful.

First time using them and my experience was fantastic. Showed up on time and the technicians were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Response time was quick and technician very professional. Took the time to explain what needed to be done as well as doing job correctly. Which was very important since another company had supposedly done the same job only 15-months prior. The entire team from office to on site technician helped relieve a lot of stress during this time.

They showed when scheduled. Replaced cap, raised it, pumped out both tanks, added chem's, covered the grass and completed about 2 hours. Cut off some extras as well making it a reasonable price. I give them a solid reference.
