awful cna's, terrible food and lack of compassion for most of employees even the directors. Company is to big and only cares about stockholders. Think twice before putting your love one it there. Run do not walk

My Father went there for rehab. It was a nice looking building, but thats were it ended. The nurses were rude and the staff wouldn't answer call lights. We had him transferred to a building in Norwood.

My mother went for rehabilitation after fracturing her spine. The care was awful. They did not get her out of bed until 10 AM or later. Her repeated requests for pain medication went unanswered for hours even though it was prescribed for her. She was there for 3 weeks and was only given a shower twice. I would not give the food they served to my dog. The food was always cold. The worst part was the staff, they either could not understand the English language or choose not to. I sure there is a place in hell reserved for most of them. I could go on and on but I am sure you get the picture. If you care at all about the person who needs care do not send them there.
