      Dedham Health is a Multi-Faceted Recreation Center in the Greater Boston Area. We are made up of Fitness & Recreation, Summer Pool Club and Camps, Kids Programs and Medical, Health and Wellness divisions.

      We offer FREE ongoing personal training for all of our members! With 70+ group exercise classes, 2 indoor salt-pure pools, 11 tennis courts and more there really is something for everyone!

      From family memberships to kids karate, swim lessons, junior tennis academy and rock climbing, kids will LOVE being a part of the Dedham Health family!

      Our summer programs include Members-Only Summer Club Water Park, Youth Day Camps for Pre-Schoolers and Up and Tennis Camps!

      I was a member of DHAC for over 6 years. The only reason I am still not a member is b/c we moved out of the area. I have searched for a new healthclub, but nothing can compare. As a mother of 3 young children, the childcare and activities offered are priceless. My kids loved to come to the gym with me, and I felt good knowing that they were being active and well cared for. The membership is quite pricey, but it this case, you get what you pay for.
