I dont believe they deserve one star, i ordered a trumble bed andbthe guy beat around and never gave me an exact amount except what i owe a week and the cost of bed before their interest rates, i was told io i pay it off in 6 months i get a 60% discount after 6 months its a 20%. I ask every month what i owe and he said," after ur 40% discount 1300, i took a hundred in the following week and i now owe 1,256. I supposably miss understood the discount not only that but they scratched my head board, my 14 yr old had to screw on the knobs to dresser, a trumble bed only gets a top mattress even the picture showed that yet i was charged and brought a box spring as well that hides the book shelves on her head board and the bed is to tall with top mattress that slides around instead of fitting in the frame correctly, i was lied to and as well as had to put some of the set together as well as have scratches on brand new furniture the day it was brought, damaged goods.
