The Living Center is a resident-centered skilled care facility that offers nursing care, rehabilitation and therapy services. It coordinates a variety of activities and social programs. The facility provides personal laundry, daily housekeeping, nursing care and spiritual assistance. The Living Center also offers wireless connectivity, discharge planning and cable television services, as well as rehabilitation solutions, including physical, speech and occupational therapies. It features private rooms and telephones and provides medications and noncovered Medicare services. The facility is a part of Imboden Creek, which operates independent, skilled care and assisted living facilities.
