Founded in 1983, Imboden Creek Living Center is a Medicare approved facility, located in Decatur, Ill. It offers a wide range of services, such as 24 hour nursing care, medical supplies, spiritual assistance, laundry, housekeeping, prepared meals, cable TV, nutritional supplements and social and activity programs. It also offers physical, speech and occupational therapies. It offers a variety of recreational activities that includes sensory stimulation, exercise group, crossword puzzle, manicures, bingo, daily devotions, current events, and many entertainment groups. The center facility includes flower garden, living room, dining room, deluxe room and single and double room. It is a part of Imboden Creek Health Services that also provides independent living villas to people.
