I had been a customer for many years,until March 1,2015. I had a few things repaired,but after paying for the repairs,I soon found out that the work was poorly completed. Their work performance now lacks quality. I now have to take my car back to Toyota, because DJ Total Car Center can not be trusted. Customers beware,their work isn't of the same quality,as it used to be.

I am having a bad experience here currently going through the situation now. I spent 2400 Transmission was replaced with a bad transmission. Took the truck back in less then 2 months. They look at it after seating in the office for 4 hours told me that third in fourth gear is bad and I would have to pay the required labor to have the transmission replace because labor warranty here is only one month but the part is covered for 6 months. While because I did not have the extra funds I wait until I did. I contacted there office and told them I would be bring my truck in for the transmission replacement and can they order it before I drop it off so I would not be with out my vehicle for another week. I was told that I would need to bring my truck in because the had to take the transmission off and send it to the company to receive the replacement one. While I did dropped of the Truck. Called the office the next day and they told me that i could pick up the truck because the Transmission will not be here until tuesday. While It was Thursday But wanted me to bring it back on Saturday because the Transmission might be in sooner. While I decided to leave it I cant keep going up there and back hitching rides from other folks people have things to do. While Tuesday came I was told the company sent a transmission that was leaking fluids. For obvious reasons they could not use that transmission. So they said another one would be there Wed. While I called and it did not show up. So we are here I will update later on what else was done and if this company was fair or just plain COLD.
