Worst place to get parts, garbage Business , they screw people up, be careful from them, Believe me , go to someone else not them they are Garbage ...............................

The first and LAST time I buy from Columbia Used Auto Parts. I purchased a "low " milage engine and uopn delivery my tech noticed lots of rust in the cylinders. It took 1 week to get them to exchange it and when the 2nd one got here we noticed lots of sluge in the oil. When I called the owner they told me my money is unrefundable and that they sell these engines everyday to people in this condition. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!

On engine the junkyard sold me.On the receipt there is a warranty against excessive smoking and excessive oil consumption. But if you point it out, the engine they sold you, doing exactly that, they don't want to do anything about it. Basically the warranty is for nothing.

False advertising: Bought electric power steering rack from them based on their stated 30 day warranty on their website. Sold me one which I discovered was full of muddy water the next day. I called about returning it and they said that it would have to be installed and to fail (potentially lethal) before they would take it back. The second time I called they said that the signs in the store said that there was no warranty on electrical parts, the web site was not correct, and that it was "just the chance you take". BBB rating "F".

Falsely advertise that parts are serviceable and functional and warranty them for 30 days on their site but refuse to take them back basically saying they lied on their own website.

Was directed here by a friend as she is as bad as I am about knowing nothing about cars. I cant tell you how helpful this team was and how incredibly cheap it all was. I had gone for an estimate to my usual mechanic and it was around 500 bucks! I got it all done through them for $245.00. Its a bit dirty ,well its a junkyard but other than that. I will go to them first from now on! Thanks z

Z and his guys are great! I have bought all my cars and problems to them and they find the part the cheapst and direct to where I can have it installed the cheapest! Great Place !
