Fast service, but customer service needs improvement. Did not initially have a good experience, but was able to speak with the owner and come to a reasonable agreement.

I was presently surprised when the new owner contacted me about being overcharged. He and his crew made it right! It is great to see an honorable small business here in Debary and I will continue to support them!



What had originally happened: Brought my chain saw in because the chain had stretched, I asked about a replacement chain. I was told the replacement chain would be $18.95 but the recommendation was to have links removed on my original chain to make it shorter. I asked how much to remove the links and he said $8.00. I took his advice about the links. I waited in the shop until it was done; when it came time to pay the charge of $25! When I asked him about the $8 he said they had a minimum charge of $25! You could only imagine my surprise.



I am very happy that the owner got personally involved and made this right!

I needed a reliable used lawnmower and called this business at 1 pm on a Friday. Spoke with Josh. He was polite and professional. He only had one available but was exactly what I wanted. We discussed the price and he worked with me as my budget was limited. I arrived a half hour early to pick it up and he had it all ready to go. He even helped me load it in my car. It runs perfect and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this business. It reminded me of how customer service used to be. Kudos to Josh and Debary Mower. Thanks!!!
