Since then the dealership has been awarded top Customer Satisfaction Awards for Outstanding Customer Satisfaction 15 of the last 16 years. Air conditioning went out on Sunday, I called on Monday and spoke to Peggy Boyle, she had me bring the car in right away. Extensive repairs were necessary and completed in a timely manner. All is well, we're happy and cool. Thank you Gary Yoemans Ford Lincoln.
The service I received was over a month ago, which is why I am unable to recall who the technician was, but it was very fast and efficient. I received a warning signal on my dashboard, called and was served right away.

In our encounters with both Troy and Bill we could not be more pleased with the friendly and professional way we were treated. They spent a long time with us explaining agreements, answering our questions and meeting our requests. We will be returning to Gary Yeomans in the future.

I must say that everyone went above and beyond to make sure that we (my husband and I) were totally satisfied with all aspects of purchasing a new vehicle. We were treated as individuals, not just another sale.
