      I am not sure what Tare's problem was, but I have been dealing with these people for 20 years and have nothing but good things to say. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and go out of their way to help. They have everything in stock for the inshore and offshore fisherman. If you are new to the sport they take the time to teach you, and not take advantage of your lack of knowledge. You will not be sorry dealing with them!Mike

      Gave 1 star, because they didn't offer anything less.Terrible customer service, incompetent employees.Did not get the repairs done that were requested.Took 4 weeks longer than promised. All around...lousy.
