Terrible experience trying to a Geek Squad representative! Minimum of 30 minutes on hold and then passed on to 2 different reps to set up a Geek Squad visit, which turns out to be 3x more costly than a local computer repair shop. Thought about taking the computer to the local Best Buy, but was assured by the Geek Squad rep (who is an operator in an office in another state) that if we take it to the store we will be at the end of the line and it could take much longer and would probably not be looked at today at all.Would not recommend them at all.
