Located in Dayton, Tenn., Rhea Central Elementary s cafeteria manages breakfasts and lunches for all six county schools, including Frazier, Graysville and Spring City elementary schools and the Evansville Center. The cafeteria has three central office staff members and more than 35 employees throughout the county. It offers a menu with a wide range of food items, such as chicken nuggets and filets; creamed potatoes, green beans, hot roll, hamburger and cheese burger; stuffed crust pizza and toasted cheese; and fruits and milk. It also offers nutrition education to students. The cafeteria offers various programs, including the Federal Food and Lunch program.
