Buyers Beware!!!!!!! I had the worst car buying experience at this dealership. More dishonesty than I have ever experienced from a dealership. They lied about everything from the vehicle details to saying it was still under warranty. They hired "event staff" who specialize in selling vehicles dishonestly on their lot. They even had a sign on a car that said employee pricing, but marked up the price of the vehicles by upwards of $5,000. When I voiced my concerns about some of the things they were dishonest about they had the Sales Manager take me into a private room where he was verbally abusive to me. The unprofessionalism in this line of work is a large concern for the reputation of this business.

Horrible!!!!! Beware!!!!! Service department supossedly repaired my vehicle only to do more damage to it. Completely denies any wrong doing and blames me for their incompetance. New repair costs for their damage is in the $ thousands. Think twice and do your research!!

Eager to schedule appointment and did the service repair quickly. The problems start when you go to get your vehicle... First did not acknowledge me when I arrived at the service advisor...Second made me wait forever to pay and get paper work... Third got the paper work and the parts were about 25% higher than the oem MSRP. Feel like they want to get you in, take advantage of you, and then leave you in the lurch. Hope I get a customer service questionaire from Dodge!

HORRIBLE! Why tell the customer that it is no problem to get a shuttle back to the dealership knowing full well that the customer needed the shuttle to pick their child up from daycare if it is going to be over an hour wait to get the shuttle. NEVER AGAIN will I take my truck to this dealership. No apolgy or anything was given when I stressed my frustration.

They were very professional. We appreciate their help. I just thought it was just the road was rough. it sure was nice to drive today to work. no noise in the front end. thanks. The only problem we had was parking in the lot. you guys messed up the lot on that. plus checking out was crowded and not private. had another customer to walk in and stand while I was checking out. thanks again

Ken Staffieri went above and beyond with his excellent customer service. He didnt give up on a search for us and it's because of him we gave WCJD our business. What an asset to your sales dept Ken is. We have NEVER owned a Chrysler vehicle and had a wonderful experience with this dealership because of our Salesman. Thanks Ken.

Just changed out my jeep again, Bill Fisher is an excellent Saleperson and has been a pleasure to work with. Overall Walker CJD have given me great Customer Service and professionalism. For those that are interested they also have an amazing Service Team.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Run - don't walk away from this dealership! I bought my Jeep Grande Cherokee Overland from this dealership (used). When I purchased, they had a few things they needed to do to the Jeep. This turned into almost a month before I received it. (they gave me a loaner which was a 4 cylinder). After waiting that long to pick it up, I drove it for an overnight stay in Columbus for business and the battery went bad stranding me and some co-workers. I had to have the Jeep towed to a dealership in Columbus who I receive much better service from. Walker wanted me to place the charge for the new battery on my credit card and they told me they would pay me back??? I absolutely refused and I believe finally the person I spoke to on the phone gave a personal credit card number to purchase the battery. My salesman I was told got fired after my deal due to his lack of follow through. He was the ipitamy of a used car salesman. He lied to make the sale! Walker did nothing!

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I should have known when they handed me the keys to new $42,000+ Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Before I could drive off the lot the salesman stated they had given me the wrong keys to the the vehicle and asked if I would consider switching to the other Jeep. I had not even seen the other Jeep or knew what options it had. I did not switch and after a few seconds of the salesman standing beside the Jeep with a blank stare I just drove off feeling guilty. When I went back to have to Jeep serviced the oil changes that were "included" with my purchase...cost me about $45 each. I also recieved coupons in the mail for a discount on the oil change that I was NOT able to use because of the larger engine and something to do with mopar...at least thats what the rude lady at the service desk said. The dvd player that quit working...I was told that it was not there problem but who THEY had install it. They were not helpful at all. Good luck

Excellent service department!. We were on vacation and Walkers replaced our transmission in less than two business days. Our van was towed to the dealership Wednesday after business hours. We were called promptly Thursday morning and gave them the go ahead to order the parts for the repair. We were told that the car should be ready on Tuesday since Monday was a holiday. We explained our time limits and that we needed to leave for Florida on Monday. They said they would do their best to get it done. I was sure we were going to have to rent a car to get home to Florida and then make a return trip to Ohio to get our repaired car. Walkers came through for us. The car was ready for pickup on Friday at 2:00 PM.They also replaced a worn water pump. Luckily our repairs were covered by an extended warranty. It is reassuring to know that there are business that are operating in such an efficient, polite and honest manner. Thank you!
