My first two attempts to reach this post office resulted in a busy signal. On my third attempt the call went through and the gentleman who answered was very helpful. He knew exactly what I needed to do to resolve the issue at hand. No complaints on my part for the service received.

None of the Dayton, Ohio Postal Branches answer the phones. How are you to file a complaint about you mail not properly being delivered? You mail is an important part of your life, how can the post office be so careless about handeling your mail and resolving issues; and why isn't anything being done about it?

I don't know about the rest of you but in the 3 years of living in the Beavercreek area, we've received our mail 75% of the time. Some days our mail was never delivered! I went on line to check a tracking number for a package I was expecting, said it was delivered at a certain time, but never received nor did anyone in our neighborhood get mail that day! If they don't feel like delivering I guess they don't!! And they don't answer their phones! Guess if you work for a government entity you choose your own hours!
