I came to this store to buy a set of 4 new tires. Thinking to spend about 360$ Based on what i saw online. When I got there what brand I wanted was not in stock contrary to what was posted online, so I ended up paying 408 for a new set not too miffed about it thinking it was worth it. Then I was wide to be sold a warranty for the tires for an extra hundred and five dollars which I declined, being that I'm already spending more money than I intended to. And they did not align my new set by saying that I need a new tie rod ends and a lower swing arm bushing but the car drove fine thereafter. Not 50 days later I have a flat. Now not upset as these things can be plugge and just as fine. I have done this many times. There turned out to be a gash that had opened up on the outside wall. No the tire was not slashed, just a defect in the product. being polite and returning the tire to the place of purchase I explained in a very calm and polite tone what it happened was just wondering a simple replacement of a obviously defective product I was told the best that he can do was 10% off a new tire. 90 more dollars..... You can go to a walmart and get a new one for 65 . This place seems to take advantage of people I would stay away
