I have gone through the drive thru multiple times only to hear the manager yelling at his employees to the top of his lungs. Structured management I thought, so did not say anything. Today, I heard him yell at a young lady then watched her walk out the store in tears. This is ridculious, unjust and I will see to it that the manager, MIKE HAYWOOD recieves reprimandation for his actions. I'll never visit this location again, absolutely disgusted by the way this guy treated these employees, who seemed to be working their very best.
