- Pediatric CareAn eight-member, core group of physicians make up PriMed’s board. Representatives from PriMed’s two divisions, Adult Medicine and Pediatrics form the leadership for the group.
- Primary CareAn important benefit of being under the care of a primary care doctor is in the prevention and detection of possible diseases. During a wellness visit, your doctor can review your medical history, recommend appropriate tests and screenings, review previous test results and help you learn how to take better care of yourself.
- Ear InfectionsThis bacterium causes a variety of respiratory infections and ear infections. It also causes meningitis and other serious infections. Children under 2 are most susceptible.
- Family PracticeIn 2001, the pediatricians and family practice physicians of DayCap merged with PriMed Physicians. This merger significantly increased the number of doctors and office locations.
- Emergency CareIn the event that you need care when your office is closed, PriMed has physicians available 24 hours a day. Please phone the office for instructions to contact the on-call physician. The on-call physician will evaluate your condition and determine the next steps. If you need care after hours, the on-call physician may recommend you go to an urgent care facility. Please understand that routine medication refills will not be called into the pharmacy after office hours, except in extraordinary circumstances.

- ImmunizationsImmunization is a safe, effective and simple way to prevent life-threatening illnesses - not only for infants and kids, but also for adults. In fact, adults in the United States have a far greater risk of dying from a vaccine-preventable disease than kids.

- Internal MedicinePriMed Physicians began serving the southern communities of the Miami Valley in 1995. Initially, PriMed consisted of 22 family practitioners, cardiologists and internal medicine doctors in six offices.
- Cervical Cancer
- Lung CancerDespite existing cancer screening options for patients, adherence to screening remains low, especially for colorectal and lung cancers. In the US, ~39 million individuals that are eligible for colorectal screening do not comply. The situation is even more dire for lung cancer screening. In the US, it is estimated that ~15 million individuals are eligible for lung cancer screening. However, a majority (90% or 13.5 million individuals) eligible for lung cancer screening do not comply with screening. The American Cancer Society estimates that 12,000 lung cancer deaths could be prevented every year if people eligible for screening were screened.
