We took a refinished antique upholstered chair to Perfect Touch Upholstery on January 31, 2014. We were told (nothing in writing) to expect to hear about it in June 2014. In June 2014 we called and left a message. the reply was that it would be worked on soon. In July 2014 we called and left the same message. In July 2014 we went go see if the company was still in business. We were told there was a really large backlog and we would get the chair before we died, no more definite date given. In October, 2014 we called and left a message. In November 2014, we called and left a message. On November 5, 2014, having had no response from our two messages, we went up there to see if they were still in business. At that time, we took back our unfinished, and unstarted chair. We cannot recommend this company.
