Went for a $19.99 oil change and tire rotation a week ago, ended up getting a balance also. Noticed the next day while driving it to work car was shaking n knocking, took back. They said they fixed problem. Got worse, took to my mechanic Friday and the lug nuts were loose and one tire was about to fall off. I could have wrecked with kids. Called and they did nothing n said job was done right. They are a joke. And my car drove straight now goes to the left. It needed a balance my butt.

The Midas at 5518 North Dixie has the two most helpful people Earnest the manager and Gene the Service Technician they were very professional and answered all my questions and knowing that I didn't have alot of money only fixed what I needed and I left with the feeling that my car was safe and that with me being a women that I wasn't taken advantage of they explained everything and even showed me the parts he took off the car. I would recommend them highly!

Extremly poor service...management, in my opinion, is unethical and immoral. Some mechanics are untrained and incapable of fixing a tricycle.
