I took my wedding dress there 2 days after my wedding to have it cleaned and preserved. They told me they were sending it to New York and it would take a couple of months. I called after 2 months and again after 4 and both times I was told it was still being cleaned in New York. Finally after five months later I went in and they had never sent it! The stains may never come out now. The girl working there was really sympathetic and gave me my money back out of the drawer and told me that a lot of people have had the same thing happen recently. I am really up upset with them and will never go there again.
