I like dealing with them. They are very polite on the phone and very honest about availability. unlike other cab company they never tell you they will come and not come on time, and if they have nothing available at the time they will clearly say that. I used them a lot and will continue to do so.

We had an early morning flight so we called the night before to schedule a taxi to take us to the airport at 5:50 am.. i had to repeat myself several times which should have tipped me off, but in the end he repeated everything back correctly. The next morning.. no taxi. We called and called with no answer, there was a message on their machine saying to call a different number which we did... and still no answer. 20 minutes later still no show so we raced to the airport and BARELY made the flight. we were the last ones on the plane with no thanks what so ever to this company. HORRIBLE and I definitely would NOT recommend.
