Offering professional contract mortgage loan closing services to the mortgage industry since 2004. I have experience as a loan officer and a loan processor which adds depth to my understanding of the loan documents. I also maintain $50,000 E&O insurance. I have experience with with numerous types of loan closings. Including, but not limited to: 1st position, 2nd position, HELOC, FHA, VA, reverse, refinance, purchase, time share and loan modification.
