Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley Food Pantry offers emergency food assistance to individuals who reside in poor urban neighborhoods. It assists more than 13,000 senior citizens, transitional welfare recipients, and single high-needs and temporarily unemployed individuals every year. Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley Food Pantry also provides professional case management services. It is funded by private foundations, corporate programs and individual donors. The food pantry is a part of Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley, which is a nonprofit agency that is approved by the Council on Accreditation of Services for Families and Children.
