Amy Goff-Yates, RN, CNP offers adult neurology care to patients in Dayton, Ohio, at Neurology Diagnostics, Inc. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and licensed by the State of Ohio Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Practitioner. Amy has a Bachelor's and Master's of Science in Nursing from Wright State University. With a background in trauma nursing and case management, she has a strong foundation in providing education to patients and families. Amy is also a member of the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses (OAAPN), the American Academy of Neurology (AAN) and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
